What your website needs

  • The areas of law you cover

Family, employment, buying and selling homes, wills and probate, immigration. People come with a specific problem and want to know you handle it. Explain each area in plain English, not legal jargon.

  • How the first consultation works

Whether it's in person or by video call, whether there's a fee and what to bring. Answering this removes the biggest worry people have before contacting a lawyer.

  • A private way to get in touch

A contact form that goes straight to your email, plus phone and WhatsApp. Make clear on the page that anything people send you is kept confidential.

  • Your registration details

Your registration number and regulator build trust, and are often required. Your text must be accurate and professional under your regulator's rules, so check it before you publish.

  • For firms in Spain: legal pages

If you work in Spain, your legal notice (aviso legal), privacy and cookies pages are created for you, as Spanish law (LSSI and GDPR) requires.

How your customers look for you

People search for their problem, not for a lawyer: “divorce solicitor York”, “unfair dismissal advice” or “probate solicitor near me”. Before they get in touch, they check if the firm handles that kind of case, who they'd be dealing with and how the first consultation works. A serious website that shows your team, the areas you cover and an easy, private way to get in touch is often what makes them choose you.

Your website in three steps

  1. 1

    Tell us what you do

One sentence is enough: what you do and where.

  2. 2

    AI builds your website

Pages, words and photos, ready in about two minutes.

  3. 3

    Review and publish

Change it by chatting with the assistant or by hand, and publish when you're ready.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a law firm website cost?

You can build and publish it for free, on an address like yourfirm.yourweb4free.com, with a small “Made with YourWeb4Free” note at the very bottom of your site. With the Essential plan, €11.95 a month including VAT, you get your own domain (for example, yourfirm.co.uk) and no note.

Does it follow the rules on legal advertising?

You get a first draft written in a serious tone. But making sure it's accurate and follows your regulator's rules is up to you. Check the text before you publish and change anything that doesn't fit.

Can clients book a first consultation?

They can ask for one with the contact form, which arrives in your email, or by phone or WhatsApp. The site doesn't have an appointment calendar. If you already use a booking tool, you can add a button that goes to it.

I work in Spain with English-speaking clients. Can the site be in two languages?

Yes. On the Business plan (€29.95 a month, VAT included) your site can be in several languages. And Spanish sites get their legal notice, privacy and cookies pages created for them.

Can I use my firm's own domain?

Yes. On the Essential plan you use your own domain, one you already have or buy elsewhere. And your site comes set up so Google can find it.
