Frequently asked questions
Can I sell online with this website?
No. There's no basket, no online payments and no stock control. It's a shop window that brings people to your shop. If you already sell online somewhere else, add a button that links to it.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. You can build and publish it for free, with an address like yourshop.yourweb4free.com and a small “Made with YourWeb4Free” note at the very bottom of your site. For your own domain (for example, yourshop.co.uk) and no note, the Essential plan is €11.95 a month including VAT.
How do customers check if I have something in stock?
By WhatsApp, by tapping to call, or through the contact form. Form messages arrive in your email.
Can I show new stock each season?
Yes. Upload photos from your phone and ask the assistant to change the text, for example: “say the autumn range has arrived”.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Essential plan. Buy your own domain from any company that sells them, and link it to your site.
