Frequently asked questions
How much does a website for my building business cost?
Nothing. You can build and publish it for free, with an address like yourbuilders.yourweb4free.com and a small “Made with YourWeb4Free” note at the very bottom of your site. For your own domain (for example, yourbuilders.co.uk) and no note, the Essential plan is €11.95 a month including VAT.
Can I show photos of my jobs?
Yes. Upload your own photos, straight from your phone if you like, so customers see work you've really done. They're single photos; there's no before-and-after slider.
How do customers ask me for a quote?
Through the contact form, which arrives by email. Or with the WhatsApp button, or by tapping your number to call. The site doesn't work out prices; you do that yourself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Essential plan or above. You buy your own domain from any company that sells them, and link it to your site.
Will my business show up on Google?
Your site is fast, looks good on phones and is set up so Google can find it. You can also link your Google listing. Nobody can promise you the top spot, but you start off on the right foot.
