Frequently asked questions
Is the website free?
Yes. You build and publish it for free, on an address like yourelectrical.yourweb4free.com, with a small “Made with YourWeb4Free” note at the very bottom of your site. For your own domain (for example, yourelectrical.co.uk) and no note, the Essential plan is €11.95 a month including VAT.
Can I show my qualifications and registration?
Yes. Add them to your text, for example in the about section or your services, with your registration number if you like. Just make sure what you say is correct and up to date.
Can customers ask for a certificate or safety check online?
They can message you with the contact form, which arrives in your email, or reach you on WhatsApp or by phone. The site doesn't take payments or bookings. It just puts the customer in touch with you.
Can I change my services myself?
Yes. Tell the assistant “add electric car chargers” or “change my phone number” and it's done. You can also change things by hand whenever you like.
Will people find me on Google?
Your site comes set up so Google can find it, and you can add a link to your Google Business Profile. The Business plan also gives you a report on how Google and AI search tools see you. But nobody can promise you a particular spot.
