Frequently asked questions
Can patients book appointments online?
No, the site has no booking system or appointment calendar. Patients can ask for an appointment by WhatsApp, by phone or with the form. If you already use an online diary, you can add a button that goes to it.
What about the rules on health advertising?
Anything you say about health has to be true and backed up. Check the wording and don't promise cures or results. You can ask the assistant to make it more careful, or change it yourself.
How much does it cost?
Nothing to start. You can build and publish it for free, with an address like yourclinic.yourweb4free.com and a small “Made with YourWeb4Free” note at the very bottom of your site. For your own domain (for example, yourclinic.co.uk) and no note, the Essential plan is €11.95 a month including VAT.
Will my clinic show up on Google?
Your site loads fast, looks good on phones and is set up so Google can find it. You can also add a link to your Google Business Profile. Nobody can promise you a particular spot.
