What happens if you downgrade or stop paying
Your site stays online on the free plan; your domain forwards to your free address and you lose nothing.
When a paid plan ends (because you cancel, or a payment doesn't go through after the retries), your account moves to the free plan:
- Your site stays published on its free address. We don't delete anything.
- If you had your own domain, it forwards your visitors to your free address, page by page. The domain is still yours.
- Paid features are no longer available and the "Made with YourWeb4Free" line at the bottom comes back.
- If you had more sites or pages than the free plan allows, they're kept; you just can't create more.
If you go back to a paid plan, everything reactivates straight away, including your domain.
