My domain isn't working

"The TXT record is missing"

• Check the record's name is _webfree-verification (some panels add your domain automatically; don't type it twice).
• Copy the value with the button, complete, with no extra spaces or quotes.

"The domain doesn't point to us"

• The "www" CNAME must point to sites.suwebgratis.es, spelled exactly.
• For the domain without www, use ALIAS/ANAME or a redirect to www. An old A record pointing to another server gets in the way: delete it.

Everything looks right but it won't verify

• Wait: DNS changes can take a few hours to spread. Click "Verify" again later.
• You can check your records with any online DNS checker, looking up the TXT for _webfree-verification.yourdomain.com and the CNAME for www.yourdomain.com.

It worked and then stopped

We re-check domains every day. If the records are missing for several days in a row, we stop serving your site on that domain and email you. It usually happens after changing DNS provider or renewing the domain: add the records again and click "Verify".
