Asking for and adding customer reviews
Ask for reviews by email or add ones you already have. You approve each one; we never invent reviews.

Reviews are what convinces a new customer most, so we only publish real ones. Your site starts with none, and the reviews section stays hidden until you add the first: nobody sees an empty box or made-up quotes.
Ask by email
- In your site's dashboard, open the "Customers" tab and find "Reviews".
- Under "Ask by email", enter a customer's name and email and click "Send request".
- Your customer gets a personal link (valid for 30 days) and writes their review and rating.
- When they reply, it shows under "Reviews to check". Click "Publish on my site" or "Discard". What they wrote is published exactly as written.
Add one you already have
- In the same section, copy the review from wherever it was sent: Google, WhatsApp, email…
- Enter the customer's name as they signed it and paste their exact words. Optionally add their role or company.
- Click "Add review": it appears on your site straight away.
If your home page has no reviews section, add one in the editor: Adding sections.
