Receiving messages from the contact form
Your customers' messages arrive in your inbox. How to choose the address, and what to do if they don't arrive.
In this article
When someone fills in the form on your site, we email you their message. If you reply, your answer goes straight to your customer.
Choosing where they arrive
- In your site's dashboard, open the "Customers" tab.
- Under "Notification address", enter the email where you want them and save.
- If it isn't your account email, we send a link to that address to confirm it. Until it's confirmed, messages keep arriving at your account email, so none are lost.
If they don't arrive
- Check your spam folder and mark the message as "not spam".
- Make sure your site is published: the form only works on a published site.
- The "Customers" tab lists every message received and whether it could be delivered.
